The castle doors swung shut behind me.  Servants came up to me, but I pushed them out of the way.  Speaking to no one, I rushed up the stairs into my secret room.  I locked the door behind me.  I was ready to collapse from all the exhaustion the past days had brought on me, but I forced myself to stay conscious.  

The trap had been set.  The only thing to do was to sit back and wait.  They still had no idea, no clue whatsoever of what was going on.  The prince had finally come.  It was about time, too.  I wasn't sure how much longer I could have kept up with planting seeds of doubt into miss Princess's head.  But now, their world was wrought with confusion, turmoil.  

It was too easy, I thought.  Too easy.  Setting up the trap had it's tolls, but the result would be worth it.  Sacrifices had to be made, but the balance had to be kept.  

They didn't realize that, in the grand scheme of it all, I too, was part of the balance.

Princess Irene
Age: 17
Looks: Blonde, large curls, sky blue eyes and freckles.
Description: Irene cannot walk and is waited on hand and foot. Her illness is a mystery and cannot be cured. This causes her to be rather stubborn, determined to be independent.

Prince Jaden/Destrian

Looks, dark hair, pale skin, wears dark clothing in shades of green and brown. Justins eyes are blue, Destrians are black.
Personality: Justin is a little shy, but friendly, he will trust just about anyone. He always tells the truth. He's not very good with weapons.
Destrian is the opposite, bold and sarcastic, one can never tell if he's lying or not, though he usually is. He's good with knives and can hit any target up to 200 paces away.
Background: having been tossed out of his kingdom due to destrian's lies, he's been living in the forest. The reason for the double exisitance is a childhood curse that "he will not be himself when he meets his true love" the trigger for the switch is a mystery right now, but maybe that'll come clear later.

Name: Kevin
Looks: Tall, dark blonde hair, bright blue eyes. Crooked smile that's cute but menacing at the same time.
Description: Kevin is agile and stealthy. He's very sharp and a master of disguise. There's something almost noble about him and he can be incredibly kind, even though people see him as cold and unreachable. He's King of the Forest Thieves and they steal from the taxmen and use it for the greater good. He's unrivaled in archery.

Name: Savana
Appearance: Long black hair, olive skin, dark eyes. Sweet smile, beautiful in a strange and exotic way.
Description:Savana was shipped across as a slave for the palace, and her friendship with the princess blossomed, despite the opposition of the princess' family. She follows her heritage, and is therefore rather bloodthirsty and ruthless, but a good friend and very loyal. She is passionate and clever despite her low status, and is skilled with a knife. She posesses some skills she learnt as a youngster which caused her to be sold, such as picking locks and cat like stealth and reflexes.

Name: Melvina
Appearance: Dark brown hair in a pixie cut. Golden brown eyes and slightly tanned skin. Tall and lithe. has great skill of the magical arts but doesn't use them often as it drains her. She therefore employees others to do her 'dirty' work.
