I am a paper doll
   caught 
                in
                   the
                         w i n d

I want to sing but 
   my voice is small
       and  
             c o l d

My flimsy feet are
     trying    to    w a l k 

                                               throughthesestorms

that are raging
       in my
                s o u l   

Oh, take me away
    to where I can

                                                  shelter

where I can shelter
                                      in your 
                                                   l  o  v  e
